Absolutely stunning location for a holiday. Situated on the coast in Pernera and only 150m to the nearest beach at Serena Bay with its lovely traditional taverna. The complex is situated a short stroll from the Golden Coast Hotel, with its marina and beautiful beaches. The restaurants and bars of Pernera are within walking distance and resort of Protaras is approximately 2.5km away. The main town of Paralimni is three miles away and is easily accessible by car. Also the complex has bus stops making Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa, easily accessible. The villa is situated next to an extremely quiet and peaceful communal pool area that serves 10 villas. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard and has a real designer feel to it. No expense has been spared ensuring the facilities make the Villa a real home from home. The villa comes with full air conditioning. The granite worktops and marble staircase add to the luxurious feel of the villa.

Protaras is 2.5km away and can be walked or reached by bus, taxi or car. |

Directions
Protaras is approximately 45 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. If you require independence then car hire can be arranged at good rates so you can collect your vehicle from the airport on arrival. If you prefer not to drive we can arrange a transfer service to and from the airport at very reasonable prices.
