Sleep 6 (with sofabed) and 40 mins drive from Larnaca airport with easy access to local villages, beaches and towns. A delightful development with landscaped gardens and views over the beautiful Famagusta countryside which is on the south eastern side of Cyprus. Within 15-20 mins drive away are the main resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa and all thier cafes, restaurants and bars. Wheelchair accessible with private parking. 4 minutes away is the peaceful and secluded Fireman's Beach and water sports are offered about 6 minutes away.

Drive to the market square of Paralimni Town within 5 minutes. This small town has a vibrant atmosphere where you can wander through its winding streets and stop for a meal or a drink in the picturesque cobbled square and watch the world go by.
