The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is set on the sunny-coast complex, which offers a large swimming pool, and childrens pool.The apartment has a balcony which offers both pool views and sea views.
Both bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans and air conditioning is available.
Outside the sunny-coast complex you will find, restaurants, taverna's, supermarkets, pubs, take aways, and car hire facilities. There are two beaches within walking distance. The areas of Penera, Protaras, and Ayia Napa all of which will offer further holiday attractions are all within a journey time of fifteen minutes.

The area of Kapparis is excellent for out of season trips as it is open all year round,restaurants, tavernas and bars will be open, you can even make bookings for your Christmas dinner! Although swimming pools may look inviting the surrounding areas and beaches are great for walking, sitting and relaxing, this quite time on the island gives a great chance for those wishing to hire a car to tour the island. There may be snow on the Troodos mountains but it is sunny and mild near the coast.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY
The Katerina Apartment is a very well maintained apartment, well equiped, situated within walking distance of the beach and local shops. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
It is not absolutely essential to hire a car, but we found it a very convenient way to visit places of interest in our own time, we hired from the local Car HireCompany, very good service and very reasonable.
The owners are very helpful and happy to help in any way, also the property is looked after by a local english couple who are also very helpful, we are visiting again this year, which will be our 3rd visit.
The beaches are beautiful, very clean and most are suitable for young children, most with a lifeguard in attendance.
Best holiday ever
we had the best time ever, the apartment was all that we had hoped for, clean,quite,comfortable, very private, and fully equipped with all the things we could need, so no packing hairdryer or iron that takes up half the allowed weight in the cases, and as there are shops close to hand i could get all the toiletries when we arrived, again giving me more space for clothes and shoes, always a winner with us girls. we loved the pool, and the pool bar was well used, for coffees and soft drinks, and at times alcoholic drinks. we were close enough to the shops, bars and restaurant's for this not to be a problem while at the same time being tucked away where we did not have any problems with noise from late night party goers. we are so excited to be going back this june,to do it all again.
