This spectacular villa lies on a rocky wall sheer cliff overlooking the sea, situated in a beautiful and panoramic country of the Amalfi Coast.

The villa is built in a rocky recess, forming a natural terrace, with a succession of steps around the rocky wall, descending towards the sea.

In that side, on sea level, opens on, there is an equipped platform, pertaining to the villa, where you can relax enjoying of privacy and stillness, besides warm sun and the splendid sea of the coastline.

Nearness lies “Marinella” beach, a very reserved place reaching only across the sea.

In front of the house there are lemon plants and scented flowers.

In this garden, upon the sea ,you can hear rumbling waves on the rock.

Another terrace, on the right-hand, at the level of the habitation, has a magnificent swimming-pool containing sea-water and solarium.

The use of the swimming-pool and the private access to the sea is shared with the adjacent villa.

You can reach the villa directly by car, running through an avenue (shared with the adjacent villa);

After park your car (parking space for one vehicle) you rise a flight of steps taking to the entrance.

The Villa disposes of 200 square meters of habitable surface, situated on two levels; it’s excellently finished, furnished with care in all its details.

On the first-floor appears a large hall, furnished with light colors and well-lit;

A panoramic glass wall delimits a side of the room.

A passage, with the right wall excavating in the rock, introduces in night department with three bed-rooms:

- two bedrooms with respective bathroom and shower.

- One double bedroom with bathroom and hydromassage bath-tube.

All room provided with small balcony with an enchanting view on the sea.

In the below floor:

- A big kitchen well furnished (with dishwasher)

- A large dining-room with terrace, sea view:

you can have lunch on it.

- A spacious living-room with one sofa-bed.

- A bath-room including shower, laundry-room (with washing-machine), and two single beds for the staff.

All rooms equipped of heating and conditioning-air.

NOTE: The weekly price not includes the final cleaning of euros 90, the energy consumptions of euros 50 a week and the heating of euros 20 a day.
