It is equipped with every modern convenience (dishwasher, washing-machine, cable T.V., telephone and air conditioning), there are 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with a single bed; 3 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi tub, one with sauna and one with shower. A private chef is available on request to prepare local specialities or continental breakfasts. Groceries can be house delivered from local stores. It is possible to rent a private water-taxi or organize excursions on traditional "gozzi" (typical boats of the area).
