It is located in Vettica Maggiore in a very panoramic and quiet point. The Villa has an 100 square meter terrace and from 2 bedrooms access to a balcony with a view of the sea. It has every comforts as dishwasher and washing machine. The nearest beach is La Gavitella down flights of steps for about 500 meters, or if you take the car you can go to the bay at Marina de Praia about 1.5 km away where there are several restaurants and shops. Opportunity of booking a car place in the private car park for 100 euro per week. Refundable deposit: 300 euros
