Description
Situated in the lower part of the town, directly on the beach at Marina di Praia, Villa Michelina is the most beautiful home in the ancient fishing village which has retained all of it original charm.
The villa is easily reached by automobile and paid parking is available. The beach is just a few steps away along a beautiful ancient path. There are several restaurants, bars, and coffee shop on the beach or interspersed between on the rocks and the sea where one can enjoy the tastes of typical Neapolitan cooking or buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen.
From the beach, every day diving the summer season, boat are available for
Capri.
There are several shuttle boat services connecting to other point and suggestive bays along the coast among which is the beach at Gavitella ( the other beach of the town ) offering a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and it enjoys the sun until sunset.
A few steps from the villa there is a bus stop which connects to either Sorrento – from where there is train service to Napoli, Pompei, Ercolano; or towards Amalfi from which Ravello, Salerno and Positano can be reached by
bus or boat. There is also a convenient shuttle bus (Orange Bus) which connects to the centre of Praiano and Positano and runs until late evening.
Praiano offers all essential services including a first-aid station, pharmacy, banking machines, tourist information office and gym and there are grocery stores which offer delivery services to the villa.
The owners of the villa are accustomed to offering the best of best of Praiano hospitality. They speak English well and can offer all information necessary to make your holiday effortless and help you enjoy the best that the Amalfi Coast has to offer.
The villa has a wonderful swimming pool with bathroom and shower. There are two double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living area and a bathroom with tub.
Off the terrace of the living room there is another bath with shower stall, Jacuzzi, and sauna.
Villa Michelina is equipped with all modern comforts, air conditioning, washing machine and colour television. Paid internet connection is available on request.
