Description
Apartment in Praia da Luz has three bedrooms comfortably sleep six to eight guests. The apartment has sea views and pools.
Modern fully equipped, luxury, three bedroom, air-conditioned apartment situated on the first Floor of the St James' complex. The apartment is in easy walking distance of the beach, good restaurants, bars and shops. Complex facilities include shared pools, onsite cafe/bar, shop, childrens' safety play area and pretty landscaped gardens.
Though our prices are in Sterling, we are happy to accept payment in Euros as well as Sterling. The exchange rate used will be at the prevailing Euro/£ exchange rate at the time payment is made.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on season, current bookings and flight prices. Saturday preferred.
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10.30 on day of departure.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, en-suite and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air conditioning and pool view.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and air conditioning and a safe.
Cot available at additional cost via local management company.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, WC and basin.
Main bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, bidet, basin.
Both bathrooms have shaver points and large mirrors.
Two way air conditioning - cool for summer, warm for winter.
Middle floor apartment with large balcony overlooking pools and garden with sea views.
N.B. Cot and highchair available through owner’s local management company at additional cost. Please ask for details.
N.B. We do not supply a hairdryer so please remember to pack your own.
The large south facing balcony is equipped with a patio table and seating for six, plus sun lounger.
Shared adult and children's pools and gardens with sun-loungers.
Children's safety plays area with swings, climbing frame and Wendy house.
The local beach in Praia da Luz is ideal for families, and less than ten minutes walk from the apartment. Within ten to fifteen minutes drive there is a stunning choice of at least four to five other beautiful beaches including Burgau, Salema, Praia D'Ana, and Meia Praia in Lagos.
There are two golf courses within ten minutes drive, Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta, and several more within easy reach.
