Modern fully equipped, luxury, three bedroom, air-conditioned apartment situated on the first Floor of the St James' complex. The apartment is in easy walking distance of the beach, good restaurants, bars and shops. Complex facilities include shared pools, onsite cafe/bar, shop, childrens' safety play area and pretty landscaped gardens.
Though our prices are in Sterling, we are happy to accept payment in Euros as well as Sterling. The exchange rate used will be at the prevailing Euro/£ exchange rate at the time payment is made.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on season, current bookings and flight prices. Saturday preferred.
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10.30 on day of departure.

The local beach in Praia da Luz is ideal for families, and less than ten minutes walk from the apartment. Within ten to fifteen minutes drive there is a stunning choice of at least four to five other beautiful beaches including Burgau, Salema, Praia D'Ana, and Meia Praia in Lagos.
There are two golf courses within ten minutes drive, Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta, and several more within easy reach.
