Description
Villa Montanha is a four bedroom villa with private heated pool located in a residential area known as Monte Lemos, close to Praia da Luz.
Accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms opening onto a fabulous south facing sun terrace offering stunning views over Praia da Luz and the sea. There are also two twin bedrooms, both with their own full bathrooms.
The main living area is on the ground floor and has a television, DVD player and music system. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher amongst its equipment. These rooms open onto the terrace, garden and pool area where there is a great outside dining and barbecue area.
The villa has a washing machine situated in the private garage.
The villa is approached via double gates with sufficient off street parking and surrounded by secluded mature gardens offering good privacy with a private pool.
The villa is well located to explore the Western Algarve and is a fifteen minute walk or five minute drive to the closest beach.
