Stunning villa with Sea and Mountains views, recently refurbished to a high standard and located in a tranquil position close, approx 2k to all amenities in charming village of Santa Barbara and beyond. The villa is well served from Faro Airport and nearest beaches are a short drive away. Excellent for families or small groups this villa caters for a max of six people, as its almost all on one level there are no stairs to worry about. We would advise that guests hire a car although the villa is easily reached from FARO Airport or town for around 20 euros each way.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms, each with oak built in wardrobes and air conditioning. One large bedroom has on suite facilities and is double aspect with electric shutters. No dark rooms so you get the maximum benefit from the sunshine.

The pool recently built and is next to the villa. There are several terraces, behind the villa is also room to sit and relax with a great outdoor kitchen with a deluxe stainless steel BBQ. Lawned and fully fenced and walled garden with no immediate neighbors.

The old town of Loule is a very short distant away, this is said to be where the Carnivals that are so famous in Brazil originated. Loule town itself has an old castle and tight lanes where shoppers can browse for hours and taking in the cafe culture, relaxing on route.

The nearest beach of Faro Island is a short drive as is Quinta Do Lago and Vale do Lobo and many more are within 15-20 minutes. Quick links to the motorway gives you an opportunity to take a day out to Spain as the border is some 40 minutes away towards the East.

Santa Barbara De Nexe is a delightful Portuguese location that still maintains it charm, with small bars and great restaurants a short drive away as well as all amenities it is a great place to get away from it all without travelling

miles. There are good supermarkets nearby so you will never run short of supplies.

The area is on the foothills which can be clearly seen from the coast and this lends itself to great see and mountain views.

The property is walled and fenced and has no immediate neighbors, most of the land surrounding the villa is owned by the villa.

Ample parking for several cars. New and fully landscaped to include large lawned area.

Fly to Faro, villa is only 15 minutes from FARO airport using Easyjet, BA, Monarch, Viking, Thompson, search www.skyscanner.net for example flights from many UK airports.

Alternative Airports maybe stay in Lisbon or Spain ....flights via Seville/lisbon 2.5 hours drive to the Algarve.
