The luxury Villa lies on 1.540 sq. m. of grounds in a beautiful Mediterranean garden and has a living space of 185 sq. m. The garden is divided into different parts, on a spacious lawn you can rest or play, there is a playground for children and another part of the garden offers fruits and vegetables, also for the guests. The famous golf course Palmares lies only 2 km far from the Villa.
Rates notes:
Service fee: 70 Euros. Special prices for the Christmas period, please ask for them. There is a security deposit of 400 Euros or 300 GBP, due on arrival. Extra charge for heating during the cold month.
