Southsea beach and pier are 12 minutes walk from the property. The area is flat and suitable for walking and cycling.
The home is situated a residential area with lovely traditional pubs and restaurants nearby and several takeaways for those easy suppers. The property has a patio style garden area which has new garden furniture.
The property benefits from 4 large double bedrooms with double beds and a good size single room. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor as are the bathrooms and toilet, which may be helpful to guests who can not manage stairs. There is an addition shower room recently built.
