Living room has 2 sofa and a fold away dining table with chairs. There is a freeview television and DVD player Wireless internet is available. There is a family bathroom/shower and separate toilet.
The property is within 5 minutes walk to local shops and railway station and just 5 minutes drive from Gunwharf keys with its marina ,shops and restaurants. The beach and pier are 10 mins walk. The area is flat and suitable for walking and cycling. It is situated in a quiet residential area.
One of the double bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the ground floor which may suit anyone who struggles with stairs. Double bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a travel cot if required. The walled back garden area is a paved sun trap. Barbecue sets are provided for use
The property is situated in a residential area close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the seafront which is within 10 mintes walking distance. Car parking is free and simple, close to the property. There are regular buses and trains to nearby places of interest.
These include Henry VIII castle at Southsea (walking distance), his ship the Mary Rose and Nelson's flagship. The Victory both in Portsmouth in dry dock. Throughout the summer months there are markets and many free activities including a free musical event every Sunday at the bandstand on the seafront.
There are several shopping areas including the award winning Gunwharf Keys where you can shop, eat, drink and watch the boats and ships of all sizes coming and going in the harbour.
