Follow the signs to Tregony and pass down through the village to the bottom of the hill.
At the bottom of the hill turn left staying on the A3078 towards Portscatho and St Mawes.
*After about 6 miles you come to a hamlet called Trewithian. On your right you will see Trewithian Farmhouse B&B, take the immediate first left signposted towards Rosevine. Take care with this turning as it is an acute turn back on itself.
Follow this lane to the 'T' junction and turn right. Higher Rosevine Farm is the first property on the right. Come in through the farm gates and parking is just to the right.

Reviews
Beautiful Rosevine
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Roseland. There is so much to do in this beautiful area; from sailing from Mylor, to cycling along the trails from Bissoe and walking along the coast paths. The cottage is very well equipped and Jon and Judy made us feel most welcome.
Roseland Break
Thank you so much for a lovely week here in Wreckers Barn. Despite the weather we've has such a good time in our favourite part of Cornwall. The barn is fantastic - well done and well equipped & a perfect spot. We LOVE IT HERE & hope to come back!
All you could want
Despite the weather we have had a lovely week here, Jon & Judy provided us with everything we could need - it was like a home from home! Also gave great advice on nearest beach and other venues. Trip to Scilly Isles by Helicopter was a highlight, as well as great food at the Plume of Feathers in Portscatho. Judy's flowers were a joy - and the cherry toms were to die for! We would love to come back.
Child friendly and so much to do
What a contrast to London! We have had a wonderful two weeks here - the beach, looking for crabs, horseriding, St Mawes castle have all provided great entertainment. Thanks for your thoughtful hospitality - it is so refreshing to stay somewhere which makes the children feel so welcome. You have been attentive and provided us with lots of excellent advice. Fishing with James Brown (see blackbord on quay at St Mawes) was also fun - to be recommended!
Thanks again and good luck for the future.
A lovely place
We have thoroughly enjoyed this brief visit to the Roseland peninsula. Beautiful Portcurnick beach & local walks. We recommend the fish pie from Curgurell farm shop up the road & local raspberries and strawberries.
The Fal oyster card gives unlimited daily boats trips - we enjoyed St Mawes to beautiful Trelissick Gardens.
Going crabbing was very fun! we went to the Jetty in Portscatho and brought crab wire as well as being given some free bacon as bait from the butcher. I would recommend going at about lunchtime and going on the rocks just next to the jetty. H.
I loved it here and the beach is lovely. I went boogy boarding every day. The walks have great views of the sea like the walk to Portscatho. Theere are so many activities we didn't have time to do them all. Overall I loved it here and would love to come again. N.
