This light & and airy modern property has it's living accommodation on the 1st floor with picture windows that maximise the stunning sea views and on the ground floor of the main bedroom with a balcony directly over the beach. On the doorstep are 2 pubs, shops, Post Office and the start of the beautful coastal walk on the Roseland Pensinula. Within a short drive further lovely beaches with safe swimming, sailing, windsurfing & canoeing and further stunning walks & places of interest

Portscatho is a traditional fishing village and local shops include a butchers, grocers, galleries and a gift shop along with 2 pubs. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project are half and hour's drive away and there are many other National Trust Gardens & Houses in the garden to visit. Nearby Falmouth has many shops and restaurants with local products and the cathedral city of Truro is accessibly either by road of via The King Harry Ferry.
