Hyperion Lodge is situated in the grounds of a private country estate on the peaceful Roseland Peninsula. Set in well kept grounds with beautiful sea views. Both lounge and master bedroom have fantastic views across Gerrans Bay towards Gull Rock. The Lodge has a large veranda with garden furniture. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has Satellite TV, Video, DVD and Hi-Fi system.
For those looking to truly self cater the kitchen is fully equipped with Electric Oven and Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer and Washer Dryer. The lodge has a full inventory of cutlery, china and glassware. The Master bedroom has a private balcony and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
For those who simply want a peaceful base from which to discover Pubs and Restaurants the Roseland Peninsula boasts a total of 13 AA Rosettes. Guests of Hyperion Lodge benefit from free access to an indoor pool a three hundred meter stroll from the lodge.

* Please note that when you wish to confirm your booking I will make use of a local agent to ensure you receive a level of local service that will ensure you have a relaxing stay. A £20 booking fee is charged (included in the above rates).
Dogs - up to two dogs accepted with a charge of £30 per week per pet.
Bed linen is included in the above prices.
Towels, Cots and High Chairs can be provided - Please ask for confirmation of charges.
Deposit of £150 per week will be required to guarantee your reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
* In an attempt to ease your drive to Cornwall I have adopted a Friday changeover day - the roads tend to be quieter! Your holiday runs from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
* Short Breaks may be available during periods marked in the rate schedule as SB - running from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights), please enquire for rates and availability directly to my local agent on 01872 580289. During periods not marked as SB short break bookings will only be taken two weeks from the start of the stay if the lodge remains available.
Weekly rentals run from 1600hrs on Friday until 1000hrs on Friday. Short breaks shown at the weekend rate are also available outside the main Summer season running from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.

Hyperion Lodge is perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the South West Coast, there are beautiful walks, quiet beaches and amazing coastline. There are nearby stables and boat & Kayak hire. Traditional fishing trips are available from St Mawes and Falmouth.
