Large villa (450m2) with 5 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private pool and outdoor area with barbecue, a plot of 1070m2 with tropical garden, located in Monte do Alvor 3km from Alvor beach is 2km from the town center.
There are 5 bedrooms (4 suites), 3 with double bed and 2 with two single beds. Two of the rooms are on the ground floor (1 en suite) and 3 bedrooms are upstairs (3suites)
There are 5 bathrooms, 2 with bath and shower and three with shower.
The villa has fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas and electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge-freezer with fresh water dispenser and ice cubes, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle and juicer.
The kitchen is open to the dining room with direct access to the outside and to the living room. Laundry room is equipped with help desk, washing machine, iron and ironing board
