The apartment is on the fourth floor with good panoramic views of the sea beach and resort. It has an internal useable area of 101m2, (total official area of apartment including the common parts is 131m2.
Sunset Resort itself covers an area of over six football pitches,( thirty thousand square metres.)
There is a Spa treatment area in basement of Sigma building that covers one thousand square metres in area.
For onsite activities there is a underground tin pin bowling, gaming area with pool tables, snooker table and bar area. There is also an indoor swimming pool and gym in Sigma building.
The resort consists of five main buildings, Alpha, Beta Sigma, Delta and Eta which totals 768 holiday apartments varying from studios to presidential suites.
Each of the five main buildings on the site has their own unique architecture, making a very picturesque resort. The well planned special design gives it a relaxing feel, with landscaped areas in the extensive private grounds of tropical trees, flowers and grasses.
The leisure facilities include a lazy river that meanders its way through the heart of Sunset Resort with children's water slides, and a variety of swimming pools. There are also walkways leading to outdoor cafes , cocktail bars.
Within some of the six luxurious individual boulevard buildings on the main promenade, additional bars and restaurants can be found. This is what makes it a class above any other resort on the Bulgarian coast.
In the main buildings themselves.. Alpha, Beta,Sigma, Delta,and Eta. There are restaurants to ranging from Italian to Asian.

You can choose the amount of cleaning you require during your stay, but an end of stay clean is compulsory, this information would be forwarded.
This cleaning charge is also not included in the accommodation cost and you would also need to pay this when you check in at reception.

For bookings made before Jan 20th there is a 5% discount on the accomodation price.
If you book 21 days or more there is a 10% discount
If you book 45 days or more there is a 15% discount
Confirmation of availability will be given by email.
Reservation can only be acheived once the 30 % deposit has been received
The deposit is non refundable.
The remaining 70 % is due 10 weeks before the arrival date.
If for any reason you cannot come after you have paid the 70%, a refund of the 70% will work on the following basis.
An additional 100 Euro refundable breakage deposit is required to add to the sum above. I live close by so I'm able to inspect the apartment and return the 100 E at the end of your stay if everything is fine, personally.

During the summer buses depart every 30 minutes to both locations, and there are always taxis, or car hire options. |

From Burgas Airport, the road joins a roundabout, You need to take the road to the left towards Sunny Beach. After travelling for around 10 km on this road you will start to approach more building constructions look out for the exit on a bend for Pomorie to the right. Almost immediately after taking this exit you will see a very high and large building . This is Sigma building of Sunset Resort.. Eta building is the last in the line of buidings within the resort. Free parking is available along the roadside.Alternatively it is possible to park inside for a fee.
