At ground floor level there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with under-floor heating, separate bath and shower.
The oak floored open plan kitchen / diner and lounge with wood burning stove are on the first floor. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge etc. Also on the first floor is the master double bedroom.
At the rear of Ivy Cottage, accessed via steep stone steps, is a large elevated garden and patio area with wonderful views across the harbour to Fowey.
The basement accommodates a washing machine and has ample space for storage / drying of wetsuits etc.
