The fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa provides the perfect environment for a truly relaxing holiday.
The property is within close proximity to the amenities in Argaka and the sea coast drive from the town of Polis is only 10 minutes away. The property is set out on two floors with panoramic views from the first floor bedrooms and a living area that is both modern and stylish. The secluded terrace, private swimming pool and barbeque provide an idyllic entertainment area.
Although the villa has 3 bedrooms, accommodation is for up to 7 people with the addition of a pull out bed. The living accommodation including fully fitted kitchen is an open plan design with excellent views to the pool and countryside. The property is a 45 minute drive from paphos Airport and a hire car is essential.
