This exquisite immaculate villa is situated within a large pretty & mature lawned garden less than 100m from the sandy Argaka beach, the sea and the coast road. It has a large private solar heated swimming pool with a separate baby/splash pool. (Villa no 5 Argaka Sand) There is a further large play area shared by all our 5 villas, equipped with toys, a great place for children to make friends with others staying here.

You can choose which position you prefer in the lane, ie at the front overlooking the sea and coast road, and the play area, or more secluded, further back. If in doubt, please ask Irene.

The villa is accessed via a private drive, and the large balcony upstairs provides views over the mature palm trees and orange groves to the side, backed by hills, and there are sea views to the front.

The friendly owners have succeeded in making this property a “home from home” with quality furnishings, including an imported German kitchen, wifi, superior double glazed tilt and turn windows and doors throughout, and a fantastic Sky Satellite TV package. You can request either a billiard table or a fuzzball tabletop game when making your booking, and we have a Playstation “on request”.

There is a selection of tavernas within easy walking distance along the flat coast road, starting with the popular Liza’s Place 3 mins walk, (children love the menagerie here) and Liza is happy to cook “off menu” food, just ask. Santa Barbara restaurant on the sandy beach is about 10 mins walk, and they offer sunloungers on the beach too.

Argaka village is tucked behind the villas and has a well stocked supermarket. Quaint Polis Town, a wonderful mix of old and new, is a little further on, and can provide you with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a pretty pedestrianised centre. Latchi with its pretty harbour and fish tavernas is just 2km further.

Playstation, fuzzball and billiard table: The Playstation is shared between the villas and "on request" at time of booking. Each villa has either a fuzzball (table football) game or a billiard table. If you have a preference, let us now, again ideally at time of booking, and we will try to supply your preference.

The villa is available all year as it has the benefit of underfloor central heating for cooler months, payable room by room, (same rates as air conditioning) so extremely cost effective. Cot, highchair and campbed on request. Downstairs bathroom is not wheelchair friendly. The downstairs bedroom and baby pool may be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
