Everything needed in daily life can be found locally. It is cheaper to eat out here than in the resorts, and as you are off the beaten track, you will experience Cypriot hospitality.
Polemi's fertile soil and excellent climate means it is ideal for grape vines, and it is the 4th largest grape producer in Paphos.The local school (gymnasium) is well renowned, and there are numerous ancient chapels here. The disclosure of prehistoric findings and the preservation of its possibly Byzantine name (found on ancient maps) are also of great importance.

A sliding door closes off the sleeping area which comprises one double, one twin and one single with room for a camp bed too. 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath and hand held shower attachment and w.c. and a steam shower cubicle with sliding door and w.c.
4 - 5 steps down to garden, poolside and terrace with patio furniture.
This 3 bedroom ground floor villa is also lettable on its own, with the private pool, as "Villa Eleni".
First floor luxurious 3 bedroom villa for adults only: Accessed by its own front door (there is no staircase within the villa and this offers much more privacy to both parties). Luxurious 3 double bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath and hand held shower attachment and w.c. and a shower cubicle with sliding door and w.c. One double bedroom has traditional canopy bed. The other 2 have a TV and all bedrooms have dressing table and mirror. Open plan double ended lounge seats 12 easily with snug area and cream sofas at one end. Main lounge with fireplace and wood burning stove, leading to dining area for 8 persons and marble breakfast bar with 4 stools. LCD TV. Extremely well equipped kitchen and further utility room/small kitchen. Filter, expresso & Cyprus coffee machine on request. French doors to terrace with fabulous views and table and 6 chairs.
Outside: Large private pool with corner Roman steps, ladder and lighting. South facing poolside furnished with 12 sun loungers and garden furniture. Designated BBQ area with built in BBQ, covered pergola, hammock, tap, food preparation area, atmospheric solar lighting and a rose garden. Steps up to BBQ area from poolside or 4 steps down from upper house down. Poolside is gated and the stone walls have a safety fence. Private shaded parking at rear for 2 cars.
