The hillside location allows you to enjoy the magnificent views of the rolling countryside, corn fields and sea sparkling in the distance, nothing short of spectacular! Reached via a private driveway and spaced well apart, both villas offer peace and privacy, and you are guaranteed a warm welcome from the friendly and hospitable owners who live nearby.
The ground floor has an open plan living area with TV (local channels only) and ceiling fans, the kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is housed in the ground floor shower room. The dining table seats 6.The first bedroom is found on the ground floor, having twin beds and a door leading outside to the pool terrace.Adjacent is a shower room.
The first floor has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating. The large upper terrace is the best place to enjoy to the full the panoramic views of the countryside and sea views. The property also has 2 camp beds (suitable for children up to the age of 12 years), so could accommodate up to a maximum of 8 persons.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box, a hairdryer and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside there is a pool shower and sun terraces surround the 9m x 5m swimming pool. Gazebos cover the outdoor dining areas and portable barbeques allow you to enjoy your meals by the poolside. The gardens are beautiful with many different plants, fruit trees and grapevines crawling down from the hilltop.
