Description

The villa is quietly situated in the countryside, within a lovely gated mature garden reached by a private drive. There are panoramic views in every direction of hills and mountains.

The villa is both stylish and contemporary, furnished with beautiful wooden furniture and quality fittings throughout. For your added comfort the window shutters can open, which means you can enjoy fresh air throughout the property

Poolside and villa are not overlooked, there are no immediate neighbours.

Polemi is a lively village where you will find a good selection of amenities. You can still enjoy and sample the traditional Cypriot way of life here, yet be within easy striking distance of both Paphos and Polis and beaches. Everything needed in daily life can be found locally. It is cheaper to eat out here than in the resorts, and as you are off the beaten track, you will experience Cypriot hospitality.

Polemi's fertile soil and excellent climate means it is ideal for grape vines, and it is the 4th largest grape producer in Paphos. The local school (gymnasium) is well renowned, and there are numerous ancient chapels here. The disclosure of prehistoric findings and the preservation of its possibly Byzantine name (found on ancient maps) are also of great importance.



Accommodation

Ground floor 3 bedroom villa: Open plan dining area for 6 and fully equipped kitchen with cold water dispenser. 1 step down to light and airy comfortable lounge with stone walls and fireplace, 2 sofas and day bed style seating. A sliding door closes off the sleeping area which comprises one double, one twin and one single room with a single bed and room for a camp bed. (This may change to a double bed.) 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath and hand held shower attachment and w.c., and a steam shower cubicle with sliding door and w.c.

4 steps down from house to covered terrace and poolside. For guests who find these steps difficult, you can access the poolside via the front door with no steps.

The upstairs part of this villa is also lettable (only to you) to adults only, otherwise it will remain unoccupied during your stay. So should your friends wish to stay on 1st floor please contact us for a costing.

Outside: Large private pool with corner Roman steps, ladder and lighting. South facing poolside furnished with 6 sun loungers and garden furniture. Shaded pergola, wooden table and 6 chairs. Steps up to attractive BBQ area from poolside, which includes built in BBQ, covered pergola, hammock, tap, food preparation area, atmospheric solar lighting and a rose garden. Poolside is gated and the stone walls have a safety fence. Private shaded parking at rear for 2 cars.

Local amenities at the coast include sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing, climbing, cycling, tennis, walking, jet ski, parascending, snorkelling, swimming and sea fishing.

We can help with bicycle hire, (they deliver).
