The Playas de Orzola y Arrieta - Haria holiday apartment contains a luxurious three bedroom with three en-suite bathroom apartment including a large master bedroom with a King Size bed, double sofa bed and a further 2 double bedrooms which are both en-suite. There is also a spacious lounge and dining area with satellite TV and CD player leading to a modern fully fitted kitchen whie the french doors take you out to the terrace and swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of the three bedroom apartment with sun loungers and shaded dining areas with tasteful planted gardens. There are also three well equipped studio apartments with kitchenettes and bathrooms that goes along with two private balconies. All the apartments can be rented outand perfect for large groups, anniversaries, weddings, special birthdays and other occassions.

The beautiful spacious ground floor apartment with private entrance, that can accommodate up to 6 adults and two children as the large master bedroom has a double bed settee as well as a king size bed. The master bedroom has French doors leading outside and the large en-suit has a full size bath and seperate shower. The other two bedrooms are both doubles with en-suite bathrooms. The lounge is tastefully decorated with leather sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, & DVD's, CD player with French doors from the lounge out to the terrace as well as private swimming pool. A modern open plan kitchen contains a breakfast bar and stools including oven, a four ring hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, & coffee machine. There is also a seperate dining area. Linen & towels are provided & beach towels are available on request.

Lanzarote is a Spanish island in the Atlantic Ocean and is the easternmost of the autonomous Canary Islands with approximately 125 kilometers off the coast of Africa and 1,000 kilometers from the Iberian Peninsula. It covers an 845.9 km2 as it stands as the fourth largest of the islands. It enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August with annual rainfall of just 140mm (5.5 inches). This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.

Amongst the many stunning Volcanic features of Lanzarote is the longest Volcanic Tunnel in the world, knwon as the Atlantida Tunnel, which is over 7 kilometers long and includes areas of the La Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua. Despite the Volcanic nature of the island, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches such as at Playa Blanca and Papagayo.

Guests will not have a problem if they cannot speak Spanish. Lanzarote's principal economic activity is tourism, and a large proportion of tourists are from Ireland and the U.K. so most people working with tourists can speak at least some basic English. One good advantage is that most restaurants offer menus written in Spanish, English, and German.

For guests who are planning to do commuting around the area, bus and taxi are good value on the island. Car hire is also relatively cheap and is the best option for discovering the remote wilderness regions. It only takes about 40 minutes to cross the entire island from North to South by car, and about 25 minutes across.

Being able to discover the stunning areas of the place, guests are also highly encouraged to visit the beaches. There are water activities that families or groups can try out such as snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing and canoeing. There is also a water park with bus service from Puerto del Carmen, a Zoo Park also known as Guinate Park, an aquarium-type park and a wild-west themed animal park named Rancho Texas. Guests may also take submarine trips from Ports in Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Additional information about rental rates

Rates quoted are for the luxury three bedroom apartment and are based on 2 people sharing, add 50 euros per extra person per week. No charge for infants, travel cot, high chair and buggy available for use.

The whole house can accommodate up to 18 people and discounts apply for larger parties. Please contact us for more information and discounts for large groups.

Christmas and Easter are peak rates.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking and the balance is payable on arrival.

We offer a meet and greet service from and to the airport. No need to wait in long taxi queues after your flight.

A door to door service and help with luggage for a total cost of 60 euros. (Payable on arrival).
