This Eco Yurt is from Mongolia where they live in this this form of house throughout the year. The yurt is fitted with marble flooring, luxury fabrics and furnishings and is set on the estate of "Finca de Arrieta".
The shower room has been designed with a walk in shower, bamboo & free standing marble sink. The outdoor fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with a granite worktop & overlooks the south facing decked patio. The patio area has wonderful sea views and is private, south facing, protected from the wind & perfect for relaxing & sunbathing. There is a BBQ and outdoor teak furniture great for al fresco dining.
The yurt is placed at the prestigious 30,000 square meter estate of "Finca de Arrieta" and it's guests have full use of the of the solar heated 10 meter long pool and chill out area where you can relax and entertain alike. The pool area boasts sea/mountain views, mature gardens and Polynesian style day bed. There is also a large covered area where there is a second kitchen, further dining table for 8 guests, authentic Moroccan floor seating and toilet/shower room. This area is spacious and has hard wood floor a perfect place to read a book or enjoy a meal.
The area was originally farming land and has two natural wells on site, there are mature exotic gardens including fruit trees such as Mango, Banana, Guava, Lime (a bonus if you are here at the right season!) There is also a variety of other garden produce such as potatoes, tomatoes and basil, all of which guests are welcome to help themselves to!
