This great apartment in Aparthotel is just three minutes walk from the beach at Puerto Colon Marina and only fifteen minutes drive from the airport. It has heated swimming pool, bar, restaurant, internet access and 24 hour reception. It is centrally located to all amenities.
The balcony is bestowed with beautiful sunshine before midday and breathtaking sunset at night. The views to the ocean and marina can also be appreciated on the balcony.
Located at the popular Torviscas area, you will find this complex and the location of the apartment everything that is needed to enjoy the holidays.
Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 20 degree Celsius in winter months to 30 degree Celsius in summer months. However most times, it's 25 degree Celsius.
The Dark volcanic sandy beach at Puerto Colon is only 200 metres from the complex and it offers a range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
There are several golf courses all close at hand including Playa de las Americas Golf,
Golf Costa Adeje, Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf.
There are full variety of water sports, fishing and adventure trips from the beach adjacent to the complex. The guests can also have a pleasure trip to Mount Teide, the north, Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque.
The property is across from San Eugenio shopping centre which has a main supermarket, shops, restaurants, banks/exchanges, nightlife, entertainment, beach sports and excursions.
