Description
Large self-catering studio apartment set in a complex in the Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas. It has a good sized balcony looking over the pool with great views over the ocean. It gets the sun all afternoon and has plenty of room for sunbathing. It is fully equipped for your stay including Satellite TV with access to all main UK channels. There is also a DVD player.
The kitchen has a 2-ring electric hob, fridge, microwave and toaster. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The bedroom area is separated from the living area by a small wall.
Playa de las Americas is the main town in the south of the island. In the centre there is all one would want for nightlife. In the Torviscas area where our apartment is situated it's a little quieter but our nearest big shopping centre in San Eugenio is still teaming with restaurants and bars situated around the marina Puerto Colon.
The beaches in this area are also very nice. If one day you don't fancy the beach, you can always take the 5 minute walk from the apartment to The Aquapark (Water park).
Golf is also now very big on the island. There are half or dozen or so good courses, plenty to satisfy any avid golfer!
The Aquapark, Toby Jug pub, Pirate pub and Phoenix restaurant are approx. 5 minutes walk from the complex. Next to the Aquapark for those of you sporty types there is a tennis club where you can hire a court for a very reasonable price!.

Lovely apartment
The apartment was big for a studio with plenty of space for 2 people. The facilities were good and the complex was very clean and tidy. The only downside was the hill - would definitely recommend renting a car to stay here but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for those who fancy a walk.
The owner was very helpful and easy to deal would would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be staying here in the future!"
Great Ocean View
Studio is nice and clean with good size terrace facing West, so plenty of sun from the noon till the sunset. Nice and quiet area, walking distance to the centre and few restaurants near by. Aquapark 5 minutes away and Siam Park around 20 (but nice walk down the hill, so no need to hire a taxi, if you like walks). Easy acess from/to the airport from the local bus station. Cheap taxi rental if you tired after lond day and not fancy to walk up the hill. Apartment has 2 sunbeds, bathtub and washing machine, which is very usefull on holidays. Very kind and professional owners. I would happily be back there again.
Lovely and spacious with an excellent view
This is a lovely and spacious studio apartment with a fantastic size sun terrace where you can sunbathe for most of the day. The complex is lovely and quiet . It is near enough to all the restaurants and bars and if you don't feel like walking back the taxi ride is really cheap. Very helpful owners and very easy to deal with and would definitely have no hesitation about booking with them again. Would recommend this apartment to anyone
