Luxury apartment in marina complex, close to beach and within walking distance to the centre of Platja d'Aro. The apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite. All bedrooms have wood flooring, with marble flooring throughout the remainder of the property. Both bathrooms have full size baths with overhead showers, bidet, and toilet and hand basin. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has heating and air conditioning installed. Communal swimming pool.

NOTE: - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking, with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday start-date please.

- A breakage/security deposit of £250 is required, to be paid upon arrival - this deposit will be refunded to you, less any breakage costs, within 14 days of the end-date of the holiday.

- A charge of 150€ will be made for cleaning the property and laundering the bed linens & Towels at the end of your holiday, which is payable with the final balance.

- We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance because, if you cancel and we are not able to re-let your booking period, we cannot provide any refund once the final balance has been paid.

- Minimum Stay is usually a week, and changeover day is normally Saturday, but we may be able to be flexible on bookings made outside the peak summer period.

Car required?	recommended South east of Girona, and roughly midway between Lloret de Mar and Begur is the fabulous beach-side resort of Platja d'Aro. The international airfield at Girona is approximately 40 minutes drive. Platja d'Aro is a modern, cosmopolitan town, neighbouring the elegant town of S'Agaró, in south east Girona. This fabulous beach side town, also boasts a wonderful and historical town centre, which has preserved well its medieval charm. The area offers a brilliant holiday experience, with so much to offer: a beautiful natural setting, culture, leisure, sport and best of all, a delightful seafront location, with an impressive, endless beach, and idyllic little bays. The Ancient Iberic, Roman and Greek Ruins are in Ullastret, L´Escala, Roses are within a short drive away, as well as the Undveleoped, Naturistic beach of Castell with its Ancient Iberic ruins. There are many family activities nearby like the Aguadiver Waterpark, PPS theme park, and Magic Land Amusement park.
Local leisure activities	Entertainment & Leisure: Excursions Nearby are the cities of Girona, Barcelona and Figueres, all worth a visit for their architectural and historical interest. The French border is about a one hour drive away and the spectacular Pyrenees can be reached in approximately one hour and half. The area is dotted with unspoiled medieval villages like Pals, Monells and Madremanya and is part of the Les Gavarres National Park which extends to La Bisbal. Recreation: As the area possesses many wonderful paths and tracks, walking and cycling are very popular activities, as well as jogging for the even more energetic. Water sports like scuba diving are readily available at many locations within a few minutes. Fishing from the rocks or by boat can be arranged. There are 8 excellent championship courses and 2 par 3 courses all within 5 - 40 minutes drive of from our luxury property. Five of which were voted among the top 50 golf courses in Europe by Golf World. The famous Mas Nou Golf Course, with its incredible views, lies at the top of the mountain directly opposite. Don’t assume that a low handicap ensures you won’t loose a few balls!!! For the less adventurous there are 7 other golf courses at normal altitude! The Club de Golf in Sant Cristina d´Aro, The Serres de Pals Golf Course & The Playa de Pals Golf Course in Pals, and the PGA Golf de Catalunya Golf Course only 20 mins away. A visit to the ever improving and expanding Emporda Golf Courses is essential. The Pitch & Putt par 3 golf courses are great quality golf courses, for the more inexperienced, or casual golfers, wishing to enjoy an afternoon of fresh air, and natural settings while chatting and entertaining with friends. Nightlife: The nightlife is found mostly in Palamos and Playa d'Aro, usually beginning at midnight and lasting till dawn, with nightclubs for all tastes. There are also many bars in Sant Antoni de Calonge and on the boulevard are many grand eateries.
