Villa Teneguia is located just ten minutes’ walk from the Marina Rubicón (main entertainment area in Playa Blanca). Quiet and peaceful the villa has easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out. The 9 kilometres long Promenade is also a 10 minutes walk from the villa.
The villa comprised of 1 en suite bedroom and 2 others with twins. One en suite bathroom and other one also with bath/shower. The kitchen is fully fetted, included the dishwasher and there is also an open plan utility room for doing the washing. The living room has a patio door leading to the pool and terrace.
The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from the living room is a sunny terrace , perfect for reading and relaxing with a cup of tea & furnished with a round table and comfortable chairs to enable you to dine al fresco, from where you can enjoy wonderful canarian sunset. the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The villa is located in the area "" CIUDAD JARDIN"" just by the Marina Rubicon Area.
When you get to Playa Blanca you have to follow the sign Marina Rubicon and we you arrive at the roundabout Marina Rubicon, just drive over and right on the next roundabout turn left and you will find the Residential ""EL PARTIDOR"" just 200 metres on your left hand side. Villa Teneguia (number 41 in in the street "BOJ").
