Description
Situated on private spacious grounds accessed through electric gates, the grounds are private, secure, and secluded. A heated swimming pool and large terrace overlook vineyards and the Massif de Maures with a covered lounge area and sheltered dining. The villa is split level and may not be suitable for wheelchair users, or unsupervised toddlers. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
There is access to the front of the villa, and a direct rear access to the kitchen for your groceries. The grounds are well stocked with local flora and fauna with plenty of opportunity for children to play within the 2000 sq.m boundaries of this entirely detached property. The villa has a large fabulous terrace around the pool, lit at night, and ideal for those evening BBQs.
Inside, the modern kitchen is well equipped with the usual appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. Media is covered with Sky+ HD (Family pack), European freesat channels, broadband WiFi access, and a Bose iPod docking station. The villa is a couple of minutes drive into the village, and 10 minutes to St. Maxime with beautiful beaches and all other amenities. It also has easy access to St. Tropez and the surrounding beautiful and extensive locations on the Cote D'Azur.
The wealth of beautiful beaches are spread across the Cote D'Azur. Very near to Villa Joya (approximately 5km/10mins), there are over 6km of sandy beaches at St. Maxime and the famous beaches at St.Tropez, including Tahiti and Pampelonne.
St. Maxime is only 5km with the nearest 18 hole course. There’s an old established course at Beauvallon on the coast road between St. Maxime and Grimaud, two 18 hole courses at St. Raphael (30km), a championship course at St. Andreol, La Motte (25km), and a new 18 hole course at Gassin (10km). There are other courses about an hour drive near Cannes at Royal Mougin/Mandelieu/Valbonne, etc.
The French Alps is just 1.5 hours away. Other interesting activities to do include mini-Golf in St.Tropez, riding in Cavalaire, and great rides along the beach and through the surrounding vineyards. All are highly recommended, though not for beginners. You can also try go karting in Grimaud, casino in St. Maxime, ride boats in St. Maxime with many opportunities to charter a variety of sailing/motor boats.

Directions
Villa Joya is best accessed from the A8 autoroute whether you drive through France, or hire from Nice airport. Head down the D25 towards Ste. Maxime, turning off to Plan de la Tour before you reach the town.
