Villa Georgina is a spacious detached 3 bedroom luxury villa situated in the seaside village of Pissouri, midway between Paphos and Limassol. Set on a headland with spectacular views of the sea and mountains,Villa Georgina has the advantage of having easy access to Pissouri Village centre and is a short drive to nearby Pissouri beach. Two of the three bedrooms have private terraces with views over the garden down to the sea.

Features include large private pool set in own garden, air conditioning, central heating, Sky TV, Music system, WI-Fi broadband internet, Sony PS2 and modern furnishings.

Villa Georgina is ideal both for chilling out or for more active passions such as golf, with 2 championship courses a mere 15 minute drive away, horse riding, water sports at nearby Pissouri beach, or exploring the many places of interest around this wonderful island.

Villa Georgina has 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the garden with spectacular sea views.

The second bedroom has a double bed and a large terrace again ovelooking the garden and sea.

The third bedroom has two single beds which can be made up as a double if required and overlooks the private pool with both sea and inland views of the Troodos mountains.

All Bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans for added comfort, and ample built in wardrobe space.

The bathrooms are well equipped and benefit from having power showers with soft water supply.

A Travel Cot with Bedding, a Highchair and Stroller Pram are also available for hire

Outdoor living is a key feature of Villa Georgina, with extensive paved areas, 6 sun loungers, a dining table with 6 chairs, a barbecue area, and parasols.

The villa has a large 10m by 5m pool set in a substantial landscaped garden filled with a wide variety of Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers.

There is private driveway with off road parking for up to three cars.

The swimming pool has a water treatment system which helps prevent sore eye's, and is kind to your skin.

The villa is suitable to be rented by families, with gated access for both pedestrians and vehicles, although guests should be aware that small children will need to be supervised around the pool area for safety.

Guests wishing to truly indulge themselves can treat themselves to a wide range of massages, beauty treatments and other leisure facilities at the 5 star Columbia Beach Resort Spa and Leisure Centre, which is a short drive away. These are available at a daily charge, payable to the hotel.

Air conditioning is included in the rental cost, but guests are requested for both environmental and practical reasons not to leave air conditioning running when they leave the villa or when windows or doors are open.
