After many years of self-catering holidays, the owners established this very well appointed home to provide the ideal base for enjoying all the many opportunities and activities that Perthshire's varied countryside, the River Tay and the City of Perth have to offer

The Breakfast kitchen is well stocked with utensils. It has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a table with four chairs.

Within one third of a mile there are shops pubs and restaurants.
For those enjoying outdoor activities these include: superb fishing and water sports on the River Tay, cycling and walking paths, horse riding and many renowned golf courses within easy reach.
Pitlochry is nearby with many places of interest including Loch Faskally with its hydro electric dam and fish ladder, the visitor’s center, renowned theatre, curling rink and two distilleries etc.
Neighboring Dunkeld and Burnam are well worth visiting including riverside walks and the Beatrix Potter museum.
Perth itself lays just a short drive away and offers shopping and dining facilities as well as parks, cinema and theatre attractions, whilst Scone Palace and the racecourse are within four miles, with the castles of Stirling, Edinburgh and Glamis less than an hour’s drive through stunning scenery.
