Country View Cottage set in the tranquil, landscaped grounds of a 16th century Tudor manor house overlooking Penzance. A newly refurbished, two storey semi-detached cottage, in a quiet holiday village of privately owned property. It is an ideal centre from which to explore the west of Cornwall.
The accommodation includes ground floor bedrooms, one double, one twin; open plan lounge/dining area, well equipped kitchen on first floor with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, fan oven, cooker hood. Sleeps 5 using double fold out bed in lounge. 32" LCD Freeview TV with DVD/Video. Bed-linen, duvets provided. Shower room has been refitted.
Car parking space adjacent and launderette in grounds. The accommodation is maintained to a very high standard, price includes electricity. Perfectly situated to explore the West of Cornwall and all the major attractions of the area. We regret we are unable to accommodate smokers or pets.
