Description

Nolton Haven Farmhouse, sleeps up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms. Just 50 yards from Nolton Haven's sandy beach, with a sun terrace and lawns overlooking the beach, 3 lounges, a large kitchen and dining room. The farmhouse has been a family home since 1841 and has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard.

The large kitchen has 2 dish washers, a large range cooker, American style fridge freezer with ice maker (also a drinks chiller facing the dining room). There is a large oak dining table with seating for up to 16 with Welsh dresser. The floor is fully tiled with the same tiles as the kitchen to make life easier for families. The Farmhouse also has 3 sitting rooms; 1 has three leather 3-piece suites and several coffee tables.

The second lounge is just off the dining room and has 1 suite and the final lounge is a quiet reading room. There is a large LCD TV in main lounge with Satellite TV, a TV in the reading lounge . There is oil central heating throughout the house, with open coal/log fires in the large lounge and the reading lounge.

There are 8 bedrooms with one family bedroom (double bed and single bed), three double bedrooms, three twin bedded rooms and one single bedroom (Bed linen is supplied but not towels). 6 of the bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms. There is 1 family bathroom with bath and one shower bathroom off the main landing.

We are also able to assist in wedding planning in conjunction with the local pub/hotel each able to accommodate about 16 guests, with a choice of venues for the reception from a beach party, BBQ on the terrace to a formal wedding breakfast.
