A beautiful and luxurious apartment located close to the lovely village of Peyia. It makes an excellent base for sight-seeing on the south coast, eating out in local tavernas or restaurants, or just enjoying a barbecue relaxing on the vast private roof terrace, with it's views, or by the pool with it's beautifully kept garden. Lounge/Diner- equipped with a quality, comfortable double sofa-bed, 2-seater sofa, LCD TV with Satellite and CD/DVD player, air-conditioning and solid pine dining furniture. Bedroom- equipped with a very comfortable double bed and large wardrobe, with bath and beach towels (x4) plus an air-conditioning unit. Sheets, pillow cases and duvets provided (plus spares) for both beds.
The roof terrace is amazingly large. The private roof patio area contains a table, 4 chairs, parasol, barbecue, 4 beach chairs and 2 sun loungers. The apartment is deal for private sun bathing, outdoor eating/socialising. Bathroom is fully tiled with shower, bath, sink and toilet. Hot water provided by solar panel.
Minthis Hills Golf Club (formerly Tsada Golf Club), Paphos Located 20 minutes from the town of Paphos, Minthis Hills Golf Club is 18 holes of superb championship golf set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery.Designed by Donald Steel, this was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus in 1994 and it sits 550 metres above sea level, ensuring cool breezes during the summer months. 18 holes, Par 72, 6060 metres. Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Kouklia 18-hole Championship course Yardage 6299. Handicap certificate required. Max 28 for men, 36 for Ladies. Special rates for Juniors (accompanied by an adult). This course is the centrepiece of a project with a 5* hotel, villa development, tennis academy, health spa/ village. The clubhouse incorporates a bar/restaurant, with extensive terraces offering spectacular views, locker rooms with bag storage/valet service, & a well-stocked golf shop. recommended The apartment is in a beautiful village location with views of the mountains and sea in the distance. Coral Bay is the nearest attraction but Paphos is not too far away with it's many tourist attractions. The Tomb of the Kings. Spread over a vast area, these impressive underground tombs date back to the 4Th century BC. They are carved out of solid rock with some being decorated with Doric pillars. High officials rather than Kings were buried here, but the magnificence of the tombs gave the locality its name. Paphos Aphrodite Water Park has the largest number of facilities & attractions in Cyprus, the biggest family rafting ride in Europe it's no wonder it attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. Young or old, swimmer or not, there's something there for everyone! A cool way to spend a hot day, whether you're looking for pulse-pounding excitement, slippery challenges, relaxing activities/sunbathing, or a combination of all three, there's something for everyone. |

Perfect Holiday
What a fantastic holiday we had! The apartment was beautiful- clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The roof terrace was fantastic! Spacious and amply furnished for sunbathing and chilling out in the evenings, so relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short drive would take you to either Peyia or the liveley resort of Coral Bay where there was an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars. My favorites being Coral King and Othellos to eat andThe Millenium Cocktail Bar to drink- the entertainment included tributes to Elvis and Robbie Williams both were fantastic! And the bar staff Rico and Kuri are awesome- nothing is too much trouble! We have been holidaying here for the past nine years and will continue to do so.
I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to my friends and relatives and Keith, the owner ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish.
If you want a stress free holiday to an idylic apartment and location choose this one.
Beste Lage für Kultur und Erholung
Das Apartment mit Lage zwischen dem Dorf Pegia ( Peyia ) und Coral Bay bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Schönes Mobiliar, eine vollausgestatte Küche und eine sehr große Dachterrasse machen das Apartment zu einem wunderschönen Feriendomiziel.
Die Entfernungen sind 15 Minuten Fußweg in das Dorf ( toller Becker ) und max. 10 Minuten Autofahrt zur Coral Bay ( herrlicher Sandstrand ).
Ein neuer, bestens sortierter Supermarkt in der Nähe versorgt einen mit allem.
Ein Auto sollte man mieten, denn von hier aus gibt es in der nahen Umgebung viel Historie, die man erleben sollte.
