Considered one of the best finished complexes in the area, Peyia Springs is a small luxurious development of townhouses and apartments. It is set in a well landscaped garden area with a large pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious lounging area with a plentiful supply of sun beds and umbrellas. The property has two well appointed verandas. The main one is off the living area and directly overlooks the pool while the other veranda is off the master bedroom. Both offer spectacular sea views with the upper veranda boasting dramatic views of the sunset. The Town house is only a five minute walk to the village center and three kilometers to Coral Bay beach and resort.

Both have extensive fitted wardrobes and air/con unit.

There is a fully tiled bathroom shower over bath, WC, basin with mirror and glass shelving. There is a Hairdryer.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, electric kettle, microwave and toaster. There is a table with four chairs and sideboard in dining area.

There are one three and one two-seater sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with Sky reception. There is a radio/CD player. Wide patio doors opening to terrace with panoramic sea views. There is a fully air-conditioned with ceiling fan. It is stylishly furnished with contemporary wall pictures.

A plentiful supply of towels (including beach towels) and bed linen is supplied. Cleaning is carried out before and after occupation. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a supplement.

There is an extensive landscaping within the complex. There is a private patio and upstairs veranda, both with garden furniture. Large balcony leading from living area furnished with patio table, four chairs and umbrella. Swimming Pool has sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also poolside toilets, showers and changing rooms.

Coral Bay blue flag beach and other sandy beaches are approx three kilometers from apartment, five minutes drive. For a nice quiet and convenient beach, try Vardas Beach located beside the Atlantic Hotel, ten minutes from Peyia on the Paphos Road.The beautiful beaches of Polis and Latchi on the North West coast are within thirty minutes drive time.

Tsada Golf Club eight kilometers from the property. There are also golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills within easy driving distance. A new Driving Range has opened about ten minutes drive away on the main road to Paphos.

A supply of tourist guides, Maps and information on local facilities and restaurants is available at the property.

Driving time from Peyia to Pafos Airport is thirty to forty minutes. From Larnaca airport driving time is two hours. To Paphos Town is twenty minutes. Car hire is recommended. ... read more »hide »
