Ground floor one bed apartment set in five star complex over-looking swimming pool, which offers luxury accommodation for travelers amongst you who want a quite relaxing holiday, in a picturesque village of Peyia.

Fully fitted open plan with oven hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Iron and ironing board, fully supplied with utensils glass wear and crockery, etc. Large open-plan living area two by two seater settees one of which pulls out to double comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, play station and games, modern furnishing and fully air-conditioned.
Large balcony with table and chairs also umbrella. Towels and linen are provided, apartment is cleaned before arrival and after departure, midterm clean, change of bed linen towels etc can be arranged at an additional charge.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated, the apartment is suitable for both families and couples, none smoking is permitted within the apartment, cot and chair equipment can be provided on request. Being a ground floor apartment it has very easy access also the allocated parking space is literally outside your front door.
There s a large outdoor swimming pool, with rockery waterfall onto underground second pool also inside heated pool.
Coral Bay (best beach on the western coast-blue flag standard) is a five minute drive with unspoiled and deserted beaches in the Akamas gorge are about fifteen minutes drive, leading ultimately to Lara beach/Turtle bay, beaches downtown Paphos are fifteen to twenty minutes drive.
The area has three excellent golf courses nearby, all within thirty minutes drive:
TSAD golf club (twenty five minutes) is five hundred fifty above sea level. It plays to a par seventy and measures 6060m.
Secret valley golf club (thirty minutes) is eighteen kilometer east of Paphos and lies within a scenic valley, par 72, 6020m.
Aphrodite hills (thirty minutes) is seventy kilometer east of Paphos and is a championship course, par 70/71, 6232m, it is available to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
You can ski in Troodos mountains, but it will take around an hour from Paphos area to the Troodos mountains, in Cyprus, snow skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of the mount Olympus (1951 meters), from the beginning of the Jan to end of March.

Paphos town is 20 mins drive with its beaches, and Harbor were you can book boat trips Scuber-diving etc, shops, restaurants and bars also clubs that run to the early hours. Paphos airport is approx 30-45 minute drive and Larnaca airport is a 90 minute drive, car hire and transfer information available on request.
Car hire is recommended to see as much of this beautiful island and all it offers,
But Paphos does offer a good transport service main bus rout is on main coastal road by Coral-Bay.
