B5 Eva Gardens property is on a small friendly complex. It has a fully furnished kitchen comprising of oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. The lounge/dining area has Satellite TV, DVD and Cassette recorder. There is downstairs W/C. The bedrooms comprise of two twin beds in each. One of the bedrooms overlooks the swimming pool. All rooms have air-conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and W/C. Outside there is a private garden with patio table and chairs. Bed linen, towels,(with the exception of beach towels) electricity are included. Weekly laundering service is provided. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided at the poolside.
The property is located thirty minutes from Paphos airport. Fifteen minutes from Paphos town giving unlimited shopping and restaurants. The traditional village of Peyia has restaurants, bank and supermarkets within walking distance. Local beaches of Coral Bay provide water sports and restaurants. The area also provides a good base to explore archeological sites, Troudos Mountains boasting picturesque scenery, three golf courses, Aqua Park and Go-Karting.
Cyprus is one of the healthiest countries in the world due to very low pollution. The island enjoys three hundred forty days of sunshine per year with high summer and mild winter temperatures.
The history of the area stretches back to Roman times. There are lots of ancient archaeological sites to see around Paphos. The Troudos Mountains provides a wealth of beautiful scenery. The Akamas Peninsula is a conservation area where at certain times the sea turtles come and lay their eggs at Lara Beach, Aphrodites Rock and Pissouri are worth visiting. Mini Cruises and flights to Egypt and the Pyramids are available.
Peyia is a self contained village overlooking the popular resort of Coral Bay. It boasts several traditional tavernas.
Coral Bay Bowling and Sports Club (Neo's) is three minutes drive away and all bowlers are made welcome to join in and use the facilities.
Golf driving range five minutes drive away on road to Paphos.

From airport, go west for approximately 20 Kilometres, going through Paphos along the coast road, follow the sign to Coral Bay. When you reach the crossroads at Coral Bay take a right turn to the village of Peyia which is signposted.
Follow the road for 4 kms and just past the Police Station on the left hand side, take a left turn for 1 km until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left side of the fork and continue for .5 km and the complex is on the right hand side. ( Airport pick up and car hire can be arranged if required. )
