Description

This villa in Peyia has three bedrooms to comfortably sleep six guests. The villa has private pool and wonderful sea and Mountain views. A travel cot, booster seat & potty are available if required. Ideal for families, couples, young or elderly.

Situated in a quiet area with views to the mountains and the sea, near the Akamas National Park, yet just a short drive to restaurants and blue flag beaches, the villa offers the ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The private landscaped garden is the ideal setting for alfresco dining with its shaded seating areas. A complete outside kitchen with stone barbecue, gas barbecue and hob provides all you need for alfresco dining. Ample loungers are provided for sun worshippers. Cool off in the outdoor shower before a dip in the inviting pool with its walk-in steps. Relax, have an afternoon snooze on one of the four patios, each with a different view.

Bedrooms one and two have double bed, en-suite, air-conditioning. Ceiling fans. Access to large upstairs patio with sea views.

Bedroom three. Downstairs has twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan. Access to rear patio seating area with views to the mountains.

En-suite bathroom to bedroom one, has full bath with shower, w/c and fitted vanity basin. Bedroom 2 has a large shower, w/c and wash basin.

There is a separate bathroom downstairs with shower, w/c and wash basin. The kichen is fitted with an electric fan oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, large size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, water cooler unit and microwave oven. Also fully equipped with all small kitchen appliances. The utitlity room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Cupboard housing, barbecue equipment, cool boxes for use at the beach, mops, brooms etc.

The dining area has a large table to seat up to eight & drinks fridge. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas, ceiling fans, coffee tables, TV, DVD with surround sound and a gas fire for cozy winter nights.

All rooms have air conditioning.

Accessibility

Level ground, easily accessible villa and pool with wide walk-in steps, make this an ideal choice for people with children. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom is perfect for grandparents or people with mobility concerns.

Outside

The villa is set in its own secluded garden surround by a tall weeping fig hedge offering complete privacy. Sun loungers with parasols are provided to enjoy the Cypriot sunshine. A comfy rocking chair provides the ideal place for that afternoon nap. There are plenty of tables and chairs, so you can choose where to eat, some with an over head fan, and a stone barbecue for outside cooking. A pool shower offers you chance to cool off before enjoying a dip in the private pool, graduating in depth with walk-in steps. Pool toys including lilos and noodles are provided. The long drive provides ample parking.

Coast/Beach

A five minute drive takes you to blue flag beaches like Coral Bay with its water sports and flat sandy beach, perfect for young children. For complete relaxation try Corellis beach, a minute nearer.
