Description

Situated in the lovely village of Pegia, this villa offers large living accommodation and private pool with Roman steps. On a corner plot with mature gardens to all sides including fruit trees and exotic plants. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. The patio at the rear of the villa has a sun awning over the table and chairs for shade when having breakfast outside. There is a front patio to watch the wonderful sunsets in the evening with your glass of wine. This villa is ideally located for those who wish for a relaxing holiday with maybe a touch of nightlife and sightseeing as well.

Air-conditioning is for cooling and heating and is free.Although heating is extra in the winter months. Please remember to turn off air-conditioning when not in the villa as it is expensive to run.

This is a no smoking villa, although smoking is allowed outside.

Please note we do not accept same sex groups.

Weddings - Pegia has lovely weddings in the garden of the Municipiality, just fifteen minutes from Villa JoJo. Thinking of getting married then this could be the place for you. The Village of Pegia is unspoilt with lively tavernas and coffee shop also friendly locals. There is a superb supermarket behind the Church which sells everything. Freshly baked bread, sweet and savory local pastries and cakes from the Pegia bakery is almost too much to resist.
