This is a beautiful villa that has all the comforts you could wish for. It has been finished to an excellent standard and overs truly cavernous accommodation for larger groups. The house features a grand spiral staircase to the first floor and en-suite facilities in all bedrooms 15 people) St Andre can be rented from as little as £14 per person per night (based on full occupancy, minimum 3 night stay).
Additionally the house is located just 5 minutes walk from L’Opale villa so both houses could be booked together if you have an exceptionally large group to accomodate.

All rates are shown as a guide and may vary depending on availability.
A £200 or 25% payment, whichever is the greater, is required at the time of booking.
Final balance becomes due 8 weeks before arrival.
A £500 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance.

This year we have also negotiated some excellent pricing from our travel partners P & O Ferries, Sea France & LD Lines for Channel Crossings. Booking your travel with us at the same time as your accommodation normally results in a substantial saving when compared to booking direct.
All Channel crossings will be quoted separately on request and are additional to the rental cost.
