Located in Kapparis resort in Paralimni, only a few minutes away from the beautiful Ayia Triada beach. It is within close proximity to restaurants, pubs and supermarkets and the town centre is a mere 5 minutes drive away with local designer shops. The resorts of Penera and Protaras with its famous Fig Tree Bay are 10 minutes from the apartment and Ayia Napa with its excellent nightlife and restaurants are 15 minutes by car.
Accessibility
The property has a lift to all floors and is wheelchair accessible as everything is on one level.
Outside
The apartment complex has beautiful landscape gardens, around the swimming pools (children, small and adults) are sunloungers, umbrellas and changing room facilities and shower rooms. There are disable toilets and easy access to all facilities.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. The beaches are picturesque, sandy, clean with umbrellas, sunloungers, wcs and snack bars. The beaches have lifeguards and blue flags. They are warm and clear and safe for swimming. Great beaches for children and families as well as couples.
Golf
There is a golf course at Derenyia about 15 mins away.
Also there there are two other courses about 1 hours drive away.
Skiing
Skiing January, February in the Troodos mountains only this is approximately an hour and a half away.Weather permitting
Special interest holidays
Ideal for walking, snorkelling and water sports at the nearby resorts of Ayia Triad, Penera and Protaras beaches.
Travel
The apartment is 45 minutes from the airport. We would recommend hiring a car although you do not need one. Pickup from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.
Distances
Ayia Triad is 5 minutes by car. Protaras town in 10 minutes by car (watersports, nightclubs, bars / restaurants). St Eilas church in Protaras. Ayia Napa is 15 minutes by car (watersports, nightclubs). Paralimini shopping 10 minutes by car. Famagusta viewpoint is 20 minutes by car. Seaworld aquarium 1km.
Further details
Orphanides hypermarket 500 meters away. Local restaurants/bars worth visiting about 10 minutes walk, Karas, Just Italian, Mello Bar, Faleros. Pig and Whistles shows all premiership games, Tony's Tavern.
