Description
Villa Charno has a large open plan living/dining area has a 5m folding glazed door that opens fully, allowing the outdoor paved terrace overlooking the pool to become integrated with the living space. There is a feature double-sided open fireplace that can be used in the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room have oak units and granite work surfaces.
Of the five en-suite bedrooms, three are doubles and two are twin bedded. One of the double-bedded rooms is on the ground floor and has patio doors onto the terrace and an en-suite with a very large shower enclosure with body massage jets. The bedrooms on the first floor all have balconies and sea views. The master bedroom has wonderful views from all aspects and its en-suite has double sinks and a steam shower/bath. The second double room en-suite has a Jacuzzi bath and both twin bedded rooms have en-suites with double sized shower enclosures with large rain head shower units.
Outside there is a double infinity edge pool measuring 6m x 12m with an adjoining heatable Jacuzzi pool and many paved areas providing ample opportunities for sun-bathing or sitting under the shaded pergola. The extensive grounds are landscaped with many different types of decorative plants plus a citrus orchard. There is a purpose built BBQ area with seating for twelve.
