located on a small quiet complex in peyia,
peyia village is five minutes walk away, with many restaurants to enjoy diffrent cuisine as well as UK foods, many bars taverns,restaurants where guests can sit and watch the slow relaxed way of life this village has to offer.
Guests have two banks,fresh bakeries, pharmacy, three large fresh food grocery stores, barber, butcher, and a small gallery of art .
Guests can take a bus down to to coral bay,1 euro, or a taxi at 5 euro. which has two very nice beaches,coral bay has all one would want , more places to eat or be entertained through the day or night, the food is of good quality. also many tours taking place taking guests all over the island , or up to the mountains.
Two water parks are close by for children , and many historic sites to visit
pathos is the main town some fifteen minutes away has a fashion of its own in clothes, many Mediterranean cafes.
Their are three large golf courses in the vicinity

Located in the village of peyia - five minute drive from the coral Bay Beach resort or by bus 1 euro or taxi 5 euro. peyia is a quite village, carved out of the mountains, all amenities, bank , butcher, large grocery store, fresh bread , cake shops, cab office
pharmacy and some very good eating places and bars.
On the way down to coral Bay beach area guests have a gymnasium , sauna,many food shops , petrol station. Bank , many freshly prepareing bakeries
If long term let , we would ask 350 euro excluding all bills , water ,electric and waste
If short term (weekly) would ask euro 400 wkly- including BILLS ,electric, water, waste
