Description
The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor in a typical Berlin-style building from the turn of the 19th century.
You can expect all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The studio has a total of 36 sqm, a living/bedroom, a bathroom and a separate kitchen.
You will sleep in a spacious double-bed, a third person can be accomodated on a separate matress. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee-making facilities, toaster, plates, cutlery and pots and pans.
For rainy days we have a flatscreen TV, a radio, a playstation with several games and some books at your free disposal.
For sunny days you can use our bicylces to explore the area.
Several of Berlin´s most famous sights are within easy reach. Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, the shopping street Friedrichstraße, the famous museums and the Hackeschen Höfe are all just a 10-20 minutes ride away.
Within walking distance you will find several flea markets, the many trendy cafes and restaurants on Kastanienallee, the Kulturbrauerei with its many events and of course the Mauerpark with the remains of the Berlin Wall.
Several tram and subway stations all within walking distance connect you to the rest of Berlin at any time of the day or night.
There is a supermarket just around the corner for your day-to-day needs and a bakery in the building for warm bread in the morning to help you get started on exploring this great city.

Bicycles can be rented at €8,- per day.
