A bright and spacious four room apartment at the rear corner of the house, overlooking the rear garden from lounge and bedroom, whilst the kitchen/diner has views across the bay towards Torquay.

Comfy lounge with large double bed settee which is easy to open, two easy chairs and free view TV.

Spacious, sunny well equipped kitchen/diner with double oven cooker, frdige, microwave.

Cozy bedroom with one double and two full size single beds arranged as bunks.

Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Can accommodate up to a family of six.

We have been providing holiday accommodation in the heart of Torbay, South Devons English Riviera –- which is the three towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham - near Preston Sands, for over eighty years. Originally as a seventeen bedroom hotel (famed for its breakfasts), then as self catering accommodation in holiday flats and apartments from the mid 1970’s.

Experience The English Riviera - we are conveniently located just round the corner from Preston Sands and Green with it's brightly colorued beach huts and gently shelving sandy beach, but in a lovely quiet corner. Paignton beaches, Preston and Paignton shopping centers with all their amenities are just a short flat walk away. Historic Oldway Mansion (built by Isaac Singer and completed by his son Paris, made famous by Isadora Duncan) with it's famed Singer Sewing machine museum, magnificent architecture, beautiful grounds and knot garden, croquet green and tennis courts is just a five minute walk. Walk where many of our historic figures such as Agatha Christie, I K Brunel and Charles Darwin lived and walked. Torquay is only one mile away to one side of the bay, the fishing port of Brixham and Dartmouth with its famous Royal Naval College four miles to the other side.

Torbay - South Devon's Geopark - has a wealth of attractions and facilities that will appeal to all generations. Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Water Park, Kents Caverns (gateway to the English Riviera's Global Geopark), Living Coasts, Babbacombe Model Village, Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway, Palace Theatre Paignton, Princess Theatre, Babbacombe Theatre and The Little Theatre in Torquay are all within a three mile radius. We are an ideal base for visiting the rest of the West Country - Dartmoor in all of its' wild magnificence, the whole of our beautiful Devon, Cornwall being just across the Tamar bridge at Plymouth, from where it is a short hop on to places such as the Eden Project, the rugged Cornish coast or Bodmin Moor.

There's something for everyone - from building sand castles and swimming to surfing, windsurfing or kite surfing on our famous Preston sands - walking the South West Coast path or exploring Dartmoor - walking, playing golf, paragliding, sailing, diving, canoeing, boating or fishing - sampling our famous Devon cream teas or fresh Brixham fish. Directions

From the M5

As the M5 ends this takes you straight onto the A38/A380, continue on this road to where the A380 and A38 separate. Take the left hand lane which becomes the A380 (signpost Torquay) and continue up Telegraph Hill.

Continue along the A380 for approx 9 miles until reaching the Pen Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot. Take the 2nd exit (straight across) on the roundabout signpost Torquay.

Stay on the A380, after approx another 3 miles you will reach the roundabout at Kerswell Gardens where you take the second exit (to the right) onto Hamelin Way (signpost Paignton, Brixham) and after approx 1 mile continue straight across the next roundabout at Gallowsgate onto Hellevoetsluis Way for another 1¼ miles to the next roundabout.

At this roundabout take the 1st exit left onto Preston Down Road. Continue down this road for a further 2 miles (the road bends and twists towards the bottom end several times); on reaching the traffic lights at Torquay Road go straight across onto the one way system at Seaway Road keeping to the left hand lane (signpost Sea Front).
Take the second turning on the right just before the railway bridge and sea front, into Morin Road; continue along Morin Road until you come to the crossroads at Manor Road, where you go straight across into Upper Morin Road.

Guy’s Cliffe is situated approx 40 yards from the crossroads on the right hand side.
