This property is a 2-bedroom, terraced town-house located at Residencial La Cinuelica, in Los Altos, Near Torrevieja; with living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, 2 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom and private roof top solarium. The property is a non smoking property, with no pets allowed.

The living/dining room has a corner group sofa bed, sideboard, wooden coffee table, free standing lamp, stereo (please bring your own CD's), flat screen television with English TV stations, DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), wooden dining table and four chairs. The English channels provided are from a communal satellite dish and served by a Sky Box

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.

The ground floor is also served by a downstairs fully fitted cloakroom with sink and mirror.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the main bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, 2 bedside lamps, mirror, alarm clock. There is a great view to the pool from the bedroom window.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, a bedside lamp. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights.

Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the private roof solarium with 2 sun loungers, suitable for private sunbathing.

There are 6 patio chairs, a patio table, 2 sun loungers, parasol and base, cool box, hair dryer, safe, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, torch, pack of playing cards, dominoes.

The property has the use of a communal pool which is located to the rear of the property along with the garden area.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Parking is available on the road outside the property or in the underground car park.

Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals when the shops are not open.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15-20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Shivuum Indian restaurant, Liberty’s Bar and grill. Several English bars, including Damo’s, Angel's Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20-25 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto’s. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenco nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex (25 minutes walk) you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe b Shoe (shoe shop), pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.

The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

Within 15-20mins drive from the property you have 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 6-10 minute drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. ... read more »hide »

Air conditioning is included in rental price. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices. Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. A 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use PayPal).

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around the property and the local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay. You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed. Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge. Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.

Changeover day is any day of the week, subject to availability.

If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am, an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
