Description
There are 3 bedrooms, sitting room with satellite TV and a playstation 2 with 6 games and 2 control pads, fully fitted kitchen with filtered drinking water, dish washer, fridge/freezer, grill and microwave etc.
The master bedroom has its own private balcony. We have a garden with table, 6 chairs and BBQ. A private solarium with sea views that has a washing machine and fridge (saving you a trip downstairs for cold drinks). The villa is tastefullly furnished, it has ceiling fans in most rooms and air conditioning in every room. Off street parking facilities. The pool is kept very clean and well maintained. Fresh linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). Everything you need is in walking distance. Airport transfers can be arranged for you (payable locally). Please note the villa is non-smoking but ash trays will be left on all outside areas.

NOTE: * A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to confirm all bookings. Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100 is also required on arrival to cover any breakages, damage to property and safe return of fob and keys, this is refundable once the property has been checked by the key holder. A standard cleaning charge of €50 is payable to property manager Kev who will meet and greet you on arrival. Weekend rates available on request.

Second bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds and also on the same floor is a large bathroom which has bath and shower facilities. 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor which has a travel cot but can be moved to any bedroom and has a fully equipped bathroom next to it. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, lockers and air conditioning. |

not necessary * Our beautiful villa is south facing and Sol Beach is in a popular and enjoyable area. Cabo Roig is renowned for its blue flag beaches (Cala Caleta and Cala Capitan) and Cala Caleta beach is only a short walk away which boasts its own beach bar where you can get a cold drink and snack (opens to all hours during the summer months). Or if you fancy something a bit more special stroll over to the wonderful restaurant on the marina at the end of the beach. The popular 'strip' is also a short walk away boasting numerous shops, internet/phone, beauty/hair, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The local golf course is 5 min by car. There are boat services from Alicante and Torreveija going to Mallorca and Ibiza. Local Salt Lakes are spectacular especially with the flamingos. Alicante airport is 45 min drive and Murcia airport is 20 min. If required, collection from airports can be arranged (payable locally). Everything is in walking distance for those who don't like driving. |
