Description

This is a modern villa with two bedrooms, private pool and car-port for off road parking. There is a large split level terrace to the rear of the property which is ideal for sunbathing or eating out. The property also has a roof terrace with panoramic views of the coast to one side and mountain pines on the other. The nearest town is Oliva which is a 5 minute drive away and many of the major visitor centres such as Benidorm or Valencia can be reached by car in less than 45 minutes.

Outside, there is a 6x3m private pool, split level sun terrace with several sun loungers and lilos to the rear accessed by steps leading down from the naya. There is a table and chairs on the naya and on the sun terrace. A BBQ is provided. There are gardens to both the front and the rear of the property. The property is not suitable for disabled persons.

A car is essential. Oliva Beach is the nearest beach from the house at 5km. The nearest ferry port at Denia is 12km. away. Nearest railway station at Gandia is 8km. away. The nearest motorway junction 61 AP-7 is 5km. away.

Oliva Nova Championship course is 15 minute drive. It takes 25 minutes to reach La Sella course in Denia.

Nearby airports are Valencia (75km) and Alicante (95km). Benidorm is 35 minute drive away. Towns and villages have bars and restaurants. Shopping amenities are within 5-10 minute drive. There is a market every Friday in Oliva. ... read more »hide »
